Switch to the ServiceDesk system

Important

From January 20, 2025, the Faculty of Transportation Sciences will gradually transition to a new system for submitting requests called ServiceDesk.

This system will not only be used for IT and building management agenda, as was the case with Helpdesk, but it is divided into four main areas:

  • Study: study agenda (Study Department), timetable (requests)
  • Science
  • Administration: Dean's Office
  • Buildings and Development: Building management and Development and Construction Office
  • IT Services: Network Management Support
Until February 3, 2025, tasks can be submitted both in the current Helpdesk and in the new ServiceDesk. After this date, the operation of the Helpdesk at the Faculty of Transportation Sciences will end, and it will no longer be possible to create new requests there.
